Dr.Weaver has done two surgeries on my neck. The first in 09' and the second in 23' and I love his work, his communication, he really knows his shit! And he is still down to earth with the rest of us. I would recommend him. 10/10. I have had a few issues with his office staff from time to time. They do. Not show the same concern as Dr. Weaver and his team in the back. The girls are very busy and I understand. I think they need to have a little more empathy when handling patients. That is my only complaint with his office.
Dr. Weaver is a conservative surgeon. He will not operate on you if he doesn't think it will help you. He is very professional and thorough.

Have done my lower back surgery and I can't thank them enough for giving me my life back , so if your in doubt where to go These guys will communicate with you and will not leave you hanging ,I feel like I can live my life again, and the girls upfront are super in helping you ,Allison and Bri are sweethearts!
I am having surgery Tuesday September 24th ,Dr Weaver being so nice knowledgeable and caring is the only reason I'm going through with this surgery ,because if I was to have let the attitude of the young lady Allison who works in the front office determine my decision I would not be doing this surgery she needs to check herself and her attitude I have not figured out where to file a formal complaint yet but will be taking care of that ! If I could give zero stars I would. The staff who answers the phones sounds like she hates her job. I've had serious back issues for over 20 years. Was referred to WEAVER for a double fusion with a cage. My last appointment was 5/8/24 and he said he could not perform the surgery and I would be referred to another surgeon in Indianapolis. Fast forward to today, I called to check on the referral and they didn't even send it until 5/28.
