The receptionist is rude and unprofessional and each time I've had to come here I've been put in a room and made to wait an hour+ past my appointment time... Even when I got here in the morning. How are the that far behind when they just opened? Dr Utlak is also rude and very dismissive. This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been in.
The staff is great. However i came in to get results of stress test and scan of heart. I was sat in a room for 45 min. Then the dr comes in running off at the mouth about who referred me and told me all my tests were good. First learn to talk to people like we are human. Second i wont be back very unprofessional i have insurance dont treat me less than human
Dr. Utlak is far beyond knowledgeable in his field of practice, explains things so that I can understand what is happening, and is always courteous and patient with me when I have questions. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and I feel I can trust his diagnosis. The office staff are absolutely a treat to deal with as well- always fun and delightful to chat with!
