I can’t get a call back from their office. I called and left a message that my blood pressure has been running high. The message says only leave one message. Don’t call back multiple times so I call once a week.
I had an issue with a new medication Dr. Sewall had prescribed for me. I called his office on a Thursday morning. I did not get to talk to anyone, but was allowed to leave a message with a warning to NOT call a second time as it will slow down the process. I did not receive a call back until the following Tuesday morning and was told Dr. Sewall was on medical leave. I need a new cardiologist.
Dr. Sewall takes the time to listen to you, explains in detail diagnosis and the plan for care, and always ask if the patient has questions or concerns. He has my highest rating and recommendation. Great doctor!
