Saw Dr. Gossman today. Entire staff was very professional and pleasant. Took time to listen and consider options. Nothing was rushed. I was very concerned after reading reviews, but felt I needed to see Dr Gossman before judging. I’m a retired RN from the Medical College… where standards and expectations are high. Dr. Gossman and staff were wonderful in every way. Thank you

In 2013 I broke my ankle in 18 places (fell at work). It was horrific. He managed to save my leg by screwing the fragments together with two large plates (one on tibia, one on fibula) and 15 screws. Some pieces of bone were small and could not be screwed together but he meticulously placed them all together like a very intricate puzzle and carefully monitored my progress. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE We took our 5-month-old in to be seen, per a referral from our pediatrician, for difficulty breathing/clearing nasal passage way. Dr. Gossman had his preconceived notions made up before he even walked in the room. He spent 5 seconds examining her, then plopped down all slouched out in the exam chair and said “she’s fine.”Gave us a 2 minute “she’s okay just let her grown out of it” explanation and that was it. Went in to be evaluated for sinus issues. I felt Dr. Gossmans personality was cold/arrogant and he also rushed in and out of the room. He didn't explain many details of what was being done, gave me a list of things they would do and then when the results did not show what he thought he basically told me I didn't know what my own body was experiencing for years. Dr. Gossman treated me for a deviated septum and chronic nose bleeds. Surgery went very well and he was incredibly receptive to all of my questions. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Gossman.

One star is even too high of a rating for this doctor. I went for ear and throat pain, and the first thing he did was scope my nose - billed my insurance for$956 for this procedure. Total bill was almost $1500. He told me he didn’t know what was causing the pain and said I would just have to live with it. Horrible bedside manner. Turns out I have TMD/TMJ. He should’ve been able to diagnose this.

Horrible doctor didn’t care about anything about my situation of my concerns made me feel like I was hopeless and had no way to get better. DO NOT GO HERE. When I asked to see a different doctor his office wouldn’t let me.

Charged nearly $1000 for a 90 second procedure. When shocked by the bill, was told you should ask first. Rather pathetic and disengeneous to expect a patient to think there would be such a high cost just to take a "quick look" in the nose. Besides there was another $441 charge for the half hour visit. I hate complaining about other professionals as I am one also, but if that is how you want to run a practice, then I have no respect for the physician or Aurora..

I have seen Dr. Gossman several times for several issues and he has always been attentive and kind. He has answered my questions clearly, and I believe that he cares very much for his patients. I would highly recommend him.
