I had thyroid cancer. Had to have a complete thyroidectomy. Was sent to this office for follow up because they were on my insurance. Took them over two months to get me in. Because I had no one monitoring me, my levels were out of control and I was very sick. He is knowledgeable but they treat you like cattle being herded through. Also, every time I have had labs or ultrasound I have had to call to get results (after waiting a week) and it often takes several days for someone to get back to me or they will just mail a letter... read more

I had to have a biopsy done and was sent to this office because they were on my insurance. I told them at the office when I made the appointment that I needed a biopsy on my thyroid. They said ok and made my appointment, and I asked them to send me any paperwork that I would need to fill out prior to my appointment date, they said they would. They did NOT.
