Dr Horton is an amazing, caring, attentive Doctor. I really wish he had a private practice. I met him in the ER of Bedford Hospital. He was very thorough. Explained all my test results and my treatment. He followed up with me later in the day with a phone call and, than, called me again the next day. I can't say enough good things about Dr Horton. He truly cares for every patient he sees.
