His office went over and above to get me in for a cancer diagnosis. I was coming from another state. Dana is spectacular. Dr Grossklaus examined me and had me in for surgery within a week. Surgery went extremely well and he is a 10 plus stars physician all the way. Explained my diagnosis and treatment far greater than a specialist I saw in Denver.
I went to see this doctor because I had blood in my urine, as it turns out it was cancer in my bladder.With a camera, I could see what he pointed out as to be a little half inch round spot of cancer that was bleeding, he said it was not a big deal. I went and saw another urologist for a second opinion. as it turned out I had bladder cancer that covered the whole left wall of my bladder. Easy to schedule an appointment. Staff is friendly. Never a long wait. Dr. Grossklaus is friendly and explained all options of treatment. Never told me I NEED this or that. Gave me the choice for my treatment. The first time I went to see him he introduced himself by his first name. Not as Dr. Grossklaus. Had my TURP procedure last week. Went to see him today. All is well. Next appointment is in three months. Can't recommend him enough. Would give him 10 stars.

Kind, compassionate, patient and most importantly very skilled in urological procedures and treatments. He has treated my bladder cancer for 4 years and I can’t imagine going to another doctor.
Made appointment three weeks prior. 10:15 was my appointment. Waited in room until 11:10. I have to get to work. Dr. Grossklaus "MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOURS" I had to leave and get back to my own work. Never saw Doctor. Unable to schedule his own time. Not worth the time
Grossklaus and his staff are all BS talk, and about $$$$. I just wanted a second opinion as to treatment options and causes of my kidney and stone issues. After providing him at his request my current urology medical records (23 pages) he declined to accept me as a patient. He said I have had to many urologist (two). One is my regular urologist who is fine and the second one performed an emergency procedure while in a Valley hospital. I did not like Grossklaus. VERY SUPERFICIAL WITH COMMUNICATION, TIME SPENT WITH PATIENT. Treats patient like his is on a schedule and assembly line. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR IN THE GROUP. My CASE WAS CLOSED after tried to make another appointment with a different doctor in the group BECAUSE I SAID I DIDN'T LIKE GROSSKLAUS
