Steve and his Father have provided outstanding and economical drain cleaning services for our family over the past 35+ years at each of our four houses. They are always responsive, especially in emergencies. As usual, they expeditiously completed our annual drain clean-out yesterday in a very professional manner.
After a backup in the basement on Monday afternoon, I made a call Tuesday morning and Steve came by within an hour and a half. He did a very thorough job clearing roots all the way to the street. I recommended him to several neighbors right away !
Steve fit me in on a Friday and, as before a few times, did a great job, in the cold weather, with ice on the roof. He is a master of his work, honest, and fairly priced.
Steve came by on a Friday afternoon and worked me in last minute. Worked diligently to clean the drain. Couldn't get it, explained why and made referrals for a company with different equipment. I would not hesitate to call him again and will likely have him come out annually. Top notch service. After Steve left, he called me a said he would be back Saturday morning. He remembered he had a cutter that he thought would work. Well it did! Class Act. I give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Steve!
Had an issue with a basement flooding from recent torrential rain and stopped up main sewer line. Root Away came recommended by a plumber that I used and his recommendation was right on. Steve responded quickly promptly went to work and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in short order and we are back in business. He will get my recommendation and referrals! Kudos for a job well done! Thanks Steve Prompt-Friendly-Knowledgeable and Would Highly recommend!!
