A VERY knowledgeable doctor. Yes, wait times can be long. You just have to plan for a wait - sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. She truly listens. Not the typical 'I'm listening because I have to' that you get elsewhere. By listening to what's bothering you, what you've already done, or what previous doctors have already done, she takes the next steps rather than 'well let's try this again'. Sometimes waiting time is longer. Best to go in early. Mostly clean provider with educated staff. Sometimes short handed though. Been going here for 30 years and satisfied with service.

It’s hard to get a return call from the staff. Going to the office her staff is great. But I’ve never met my doctor.

Wish I did more research before going to her. Somehow she’s affiliated with NWM and I trusted that. BIG mistake. Hours-long waits well past your appointment time to spend less than three minutes with her if she’s even in the office. She asks nothing about you before pushing blood tests for no discernible reason. Refuses to refill pretty basic and routine prescriptions without coming in every 90 days for more blood tests and wellness checks that no other doctor has ever requested. I have been a Patient of Dr. Alengo for six (6) years from the flu to stitches, we have relied on him & have been very much impressed with his care and also the time he spends finding the appropriate solution to problems.
