Today I met with one of my favorite device reps who mentioned they had an upcoming meeting with Dr. David Kurss and I could not begin to say enough nice things about him. As a PA who has been in practice for 11 years I still will never forget specific memories I have from my clerkships. Dr. Kurss is amazing and truly cares deeply about every single one of his patients. He carefully examines his patients to make sure he is taking the best possible care of them he can. He is also very knowledgeable with over 40 years of experience and offers understandable explanations to all patients. On top of all, he will make sure to say a few dad jokes to make you laugh. Highly recommend him!!
I worked with Dr. Kurss when he was completing his residency at Millard Fillmore Suburban. He delivered my last child who is now 38. My first was delivered by emergency c/section and general anesthesia when I bled out. Dr. Kurss was able to secure a birthing room for me, despite the policy was no prior c/sections were allowed. I had an uneventful vaginal delivery where I was able to hold and bond with my son. When I had some painful afterbirth pains, I had pain medication that was ordered to elevate them. I’m one of his first patients. I would never go to anyone else. He delivered my Grandson (29 now). Did a wonderful job of giving me advice during my breast cancer….both my mental health and suggestions of how to choose my treatment plan. As you can see he is far more than a gynecologist. He treats you with caring and yet never talks down to you.I can trust him completely And yes he has a great Sense of humor and is a bit of a prankster. Like he’s part of your family.
