Dr. Hoover is absolutely amazing! He performed a life saving surgery on my daughter 8 years ago. He did the surgery with only 3 small incisions (versus a cut down the chest which was the norm). I am so happy he suggested this for our daughter despite her small size and the fact that this was going to be the first surgery of this kind performed in the region. My daughter was born 5 weeks early and because of physical issues wouldn't eat anything orally and had to have a feeding tube put in. Dr. Hoover was the doctor that placed the feeding tube. I was incredibly impressed by him. He came to see me and my mom, who was staying with me, the night before the surgery and prayed with us. Then he also did her tube site closure once we were done with her feeding tube. The Nurse Practitioners and Nutritionist in his office are also wonderful.
