My Mom whose 89 & very apprehensive of doctors, has been praising him since her appointment 5 days ago regarding her very waxed filled ears. Dr Hiltzik was so very kind and patient with her although he was extremely busy. Never saw her so very pleased with a Doctors appointment. My mom & her son can't Thank him enough.
Went to see him for ringing in the ears and pressure, walks in doesn’t say hello, then talk to assistant a few seconds then he started texting for a good 2 minutes without even excusing himself, very arrogant and couldn’t care less about what I had to say, he was in the room for 5 minutes then left! I will not be going back to him again! He doesn’t even deserve the one star! Horrible!
A really knowledgable and committed doctor in the art of ENT. I can breathe better and sleep better thanks to him. Would highly recommend Dr Hilkzik to anyone. And appointments are nice and smooth
