Horrible doctor. (Lower cased for a reason) he works at St Augustine Health and Rehab and NEVER GOES THERE TO ROUND IN HIS PATIENTS!! My father is there his patient and has a UTI and SEPTIC!! He writes his prescriptions for psych meds from vacation!! Or just let the NP do it!! He has never gotten an informed consent for any of those meds either. Him nor his NP Kandis.
