My son was seen today by Dr. Refermat and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Refermat and his team are! We had a little mishap when my son fainted, but the team jumped quickly into action and took such good care of him until we were ready to leave. From the initial phone call to walking out after the appointment, EVERYONE was just lovely. Ruby, Tracy, and Dr. Refermat have my vote for best Hand Team ever! OH! And Rosco, too!
