The blonde receptionists should not be the first person a patient has to see. Shes rude..short and cold. The receptionist when we left should be out front..she was professional and very caring. When people go the the doctors no matter what for, we would like to welcomed in a professional manner and a little bit of kindness isn't too much to ask for...is it. Dr. Brown is amazing.
I met Dr Brown when I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. It was a difficult surgery but was a very successful outcome. My husband also was having kidney issues and has done very well since his surgery. Thank you Dr Brown and staff for everything!!!
I saw this Dr. for many years for indwelling catheter management. His approach was great in the beginning. After a series of kidney infections and blood test that showed Kidney function was off. He had no answers. Had my first visit with a new Dr. and was shocked to learn that my left kidney is DESTROYED. Dr. Brown never mentioned that to me, huh...
