My name is Sandrina Lima, I am a nurse for going on 17 years. I would give a 5 or a 4 because of Carl Sellar, but I'm taking 2 away due to the office staff. Please read. I realized they sold the practice as of March 2026. I regret that I never had a chance to write about Dr. Carl Sellar, PA. He is an outstanding PA. I never saw Dr. Cowan because I always saw Carl. I wish I could give them less than a star, previously with Paul; I had excellent care. But the office has the most incompetent staff in history. Trying to get pre-auth for medicine and they never sent the needed info to get approval. And they are rude to boot. Dont go here, if you want your health ignored and incompetent care.
The office manager is impossible to find . The Dr. Is always in a rush and front desk workers are unprofessional.
I love Carl Sellar, PA. I originally started off w/Dr. Cowan, but have continued to see Carl for the last 7 years due to schedule conflict. He is very knowledgeable and soothing! I wish they upgrade to the current century and the nursebe a bit more cordial, but other then this, he's a keeper!!
