This was my first appointment. The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the clinical area; friendly and compassionate. Dr Epperson was wonderful. He took the time at length to explain my x-rays in MRI. Also spent the time explaining my options without any pressure he was very kind-hearted and I highly recommend him in the whole office for there professionalism and kindness.

Should have written this awhile back. I have been to pain clinics/ Drs in the Boston Ma area for past 20 years. You name it Baptist Back Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital and St Elizabeth Hospital and a couple of smaller places. My visit w Dr Epperson was by far above and beyond the care I received back home at places that also have outstanding reputations. Amazing, smart, dedicated and caring this is how I would describe this provider Dr. Epperson as well as the office staff. He gave a evidenced based, time intensive with individualized care to assist me in making difficulty decisions.
