2 and a half hours past appointment times for people that are in pain is ridiculous. You cancel people for being 15 minutes late but can pull that??? Not eveyone has the time or resources you do to waste time and take off work and then have to call in because of someone elses inability to properly schedule. Do better. Or retire.
Hello , I was scheduled to see Dr Eggers on 4/8/2026 at 930am, I arrived at 915am. I was the last patient to be called to the back room at 945am. The time is now 1035 am and still haven't seen Dr Egger I can hear other patient ls being taken to others rooms after me but are getting seen before me even though I have been here since 915am. I have been to restroom and he is not here. I wasn't given update unless I asked for it and now I'm still waiting.
