While Dr. Ludlow's a very experienced MD and is knowledgeable, I felt he didn't listen to my concerns. I said I wanted surgical intervention and not only did he not listen to me, he had a rude response to what I said. He insisted on putting me on medication, which I did not respond well to. But I didn't dare even approach him about it because of how snippy he was. Also, his office managers were talking rudely about a patient's body type. I won't go back. I have since found a different doctor.
My wife went to see Doctor Ludlow for a consultation when she was pregnant with our second son. We already had a regular ObGyn that she was seeing, but we had just moved and we're considering a new doctor closer to where we live. We thought everything was copacetic until we were billed as a full pre-natal visit. So a $25 copay turned into a $140 bill. We called insurance and they said the doctor's office would need to rebill us. The doctor was completely unwilling to do anything to help. Either
Dr. Ludlow is a wonderful doctor. He always discussed everything with me throughout my pregnancy and delivery; I felt like my baby's safety and mine were his #1 priority. I never felt rushed during any of our appointments. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends looking for an excellent doctor.
