I usually don't like to complain, but I was sent there to establish new care and to look further regarding a flagged psa test. I 'm not sure if they were under staffed and everyone was stressed, but my nurse was rude and spoke down to you, not to mention when taking my blood pressure did it over my sleeve and shirt and did not do it properly. Dr. Duong is the best! He knows his stuff and will answer any questions or concerns that I have ever had. I understand that his time is at a premium, but he always takes the time to make me feel at ease under the condition of an unpleasant but necessary procedure. I travel over an hour to get to him and would travel much longer than that if I had to just because of his knowledge, skill and demeanor. I will stick with him as my urologist forever!!!
