Dr was very pleasant and understanding. Was very up front about my problems and direction we needed to take.
Swirly rude people answering the phone here I informed this woman that I was calling you out a procedure that would not be covered by Insurance whatsoever and she continued to continuously ask me for insurance that I do not feel comfortable giving her I don't understand what part of I'm not paying with insurance means that you need to drop it but drop it Let It Go
I usually don't like to complain, but I was sent there to establish new care and to look further regarding a flagged psa test. I 'm not sure if they were under staffed and everyone was stressed, but my nurse was rude and spoke down to you, not to mention when taking my blood pressure did it over my sleeve and shirt and did not do it properly.
