This experience was horrific !!! This is not my first or second time having my tooth pulled. I told them my mouth was not numb, he proceeded to pull on it as I screamed and tried not to jump out of my seat. He added multiple needles to my mouth while still trying to pull the tooth for atleast 10 minutes. It felt like I was in hell!!!!!! His assistant was very nice and explained my prescriptions etc but I would never recommend going here again!!!! I have never in my life felt the need to leave a public review for a business before but my experience was truly, truly awful. I had to get a (painful) broken tooth extracted and I even went into my appointment expecting to deal with needles and pain. The doctor gave me three painful needles and then left the room for about a half hour. I kinda just sat there trying to convince myself he was giving the novacaine enough time to kick in but it never really did. I loved dr Deui, omg. First time meeting him and being treated Today. Felt like I knew him for years. Very friendly , patient and understanding. I will be back in a couple weeks. Thanks to everyone. Great office team as well.
I went the Dr.Dieu around und September 1 or so. My first impression was not a great one due to Him coming late to an appointment that had all types of stipulations on. If a customer was late they would have to either reschedule Or a late fee payment. When he came into the room, he was not very Welcoming but he definitely was able to tell me what I needed. My mother went there was a biopsy referral. Her experience was not very good. David Dieu was rude and dismissive to her. He should not be in health care at all. If I could give him a zero star I would.
