Dr. Shin and his staff are incredibly kind and understanding. I am so grateful to have found them.
Dr. Shin and his staff are extremely attentive and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I've had less-than-adequate experiences with dental work in the past. As a highly anxious person, Dr. Shin knew exactly how to ease my nerves and didn't rush through the process, which I am extremely grateful for. His dental work is thorough yet efficient.
We were visiting the area and had a dental emergency. I called the office and seen the same day. The problem was diagnosed and I was given a prescription to hold me over until I could see my endodontist at home for the repair. Dr. Shin and staff were very professional, prompt and caring. Definitely worth visiting again.
UPDATE NOV 2023: Everything i wrote below 9 years ago still applies, and Dr. Shin and his team continue to be awesome. I wish this update could count for 10 stars! ------------------------------------- I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Shin and his team have changed that. I actually look forward to my check up know. They are all very courteous, professional and pleasant to be around, and I have recommended them to all of my coworkers and friends. They are GREAT!
