I am surprised that your facility will have a new procedure/questionnaire and the tech had no idea any details about it. When I asked questions, she got upset, refused to proceed and stormed out of the room. Cooper needs to train their employees better, this was not a happy experience. Kathy came in and tried to help, but I am still in shock, how the initial individual is allowed to act. She did not know the name of the new procedure and scribbled something on the paper.

Dr. Gross is excellent and thorough. Best of all, he is kind. The girls in the office are polite and professional, as well.
I'm very surprised my some of these reviews. I've always had a wonderful experience with each office visit! The front desk staff, MA's/ RNs and the doctor are all SO nice and professional. I see Dr. Louis and she really takes the time to listen to my concerns, she's never judgemental and I never feel rushed. I would (and have) recommended this office for primary care.
