I am surprised that your facility will have a new procedure/questionnaire and the tech had no idea any details about it. When I asked questions, she got upset, refused to proceed and stormed out of the room. Cooper needs to train their employees better, this was not a happy experience. Kathy came in and tried to help, but I am still in shock, how the initial individual is allowed to act. She did not know the name of the new procedure and scribbled something on the paper.
