Very personable, friendly and caring as busy as they were, he took the time to explain things to me. This was at Metro Emergency
I went to ER at Metro for migraine treatment. After asking for something different from provider in terms of pain, he assumed I was asking for narcotics, and treated me as a drug user. I was refused medication for over an hour, disrespected, and humiliated by this doctor including nursing staff and a secondary doctor in the ER. My medical information and treatment plan was also broadcast loudly between employees through the open ER area.
