Great experience, they squeezed me in for a 'minor ear emergency' the same day I called. The office girls were delightful, and Dr. Wallace resolved my ear issue without delay. I'm pleased to recommend these folks highly, could not have asked for more.
My last visit with Dr.Crow left me with a perforated ear drum and considerable pain. Previously his surgical guiided me through a dangerous throat cancer but that was almost five years ago. I'm afraid that his surgical skills have receded since then and he's lost a few MPH off his fast. Compound that with his overbearing office manager - who is also his wife - and what you have is another over the hill MD in a toxic office. Dr. Crow I suggest you retire now before you permanently hurt one of your patients.

Dr. Crow is great. But office operations are bad. Nobody answers the phone, and they take no messages. I’ve been trying to cancel an appointment because I’m ill today but looks like I’m stuck with it.
