Good guy, really seems to care, knows his stuff ..but does not respond quickly. And in the world of meds, that's a must. Consistently 2+ business days to reply, even when marked urgent. Doesn't even have an emergency way to reach him, just someone who leaves him a message. I had an emergency and it took him 5 days to get back to me. I was left with withdrawal symptoms. Practice isn't user-friendly. Very frustrating.
