Horrible. he doesn't do bloodwork even though I'm on high blood pressure & cholesterol meds. He charges for visits not covered by insurance but doesn't perform blood work that insurance covers yearly. His licence should be revoked.
Very arrogant and does not listen to his patients. Likes to chat but does no practical tests or exams. Terrible doctor and should not be practicing.
On at least six differenty occasions, Dr,. Chen refused to treat serious conditions other physicians confirmed shouldn't have gone untreated. OnceChen refused a cortisone injection or physical therapy for severe plantar faciitis, telling me, insted, to scrap my shoes and always wear hiking boots. On another occasion, he resused to treat a fungal toenail infection, saying "That's just the price you pay for living in a society where people don't go barefoot."
