I am with Dr. Caplan over 20 years. As always, he is the best you can find in town. Always with patience and explain every questions in detail.
I dont know the doctor he might be nice but the receptionist is one rude miserable woman she should develop some better social and customer service skills if she doesn’t like working there then she should quit and not take her frustration out on patients and this was my first ever interaction with this clinic and never again
Dr. Caplan has been my family doctor for over 20+ years. I recently went for a check up for the first time in a long time, and the whole process went so smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a family doctor.
