I dont know the doctor he might be nice but the receptionist is one rude miserable woman she should develop some better social and customer service skills if she doesn’t like working there then she should quit and not take her frustration out on patients and this was my first ever interaction with this clinic and never again
Dr. Caplan has been my family doctor for over 20+ years. I recently went for a check up for the first time in a long time, and the whole process went so smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a family doctor.
Dr. Caplan is a truly caring and wonderful doctor. There has been plenty of instances where we haven’t been the best patients of his, but he still cares for us very well. Although he may be late at times, it’s only because he takes his time listening and answering any question you have. I would rather wait for genuine care, than receive quick and potentially misinformed care. He is a fantastic Doctor. He has taken such great care of my elderly mother. He has even made house calls!!! My mother says that despite all of her medical issues (and there are more than I can list here) Dr. Caplan won't let her die 😅. We also appreciate seeing his residents who take a great deal of time with my mother. They leave no leaf unturned.
