Mrs Yap is very rude and shouldn't be a receptionist. I have stopped going to see Dr Yap because of her rudeness and loud and doesn't listen she's always right . Dr is good Dr and is opposite of what his wife is like .. Many patients have left him because of her rudeness.
Disgusting. I called them to ask a few questions but before i was able to say anything i was greeted by a horribly rude person who yelled at me? I haven’t even said a word yet. I then proceeded to ask if they are fully booked today and i got an angry reply saying they don’t take appointments and they don’t take new patients. How was i supposed to know that?
