Not at all punctual, appeared quite arrogant and dismissive of my pain. Appeared terribly unknowlegeable.
I rate Dr. Prendergast high for services, as he is friendly, answers all my questions, and is very knowledgable about procedures both in explanations and in practice. He is also very upfront about whether an expectation (like v-bac) is even possible. Also, he has an excellent demeanor.
