I cannot say enough nice things about my experience at Lake Oconee Oral Surgery. The staff was welcoming and kind. I was very nervous about surgery but it was over before I knew it! I didn’t have any pain and was ready to go about my day right after. Even though they are not in network, they filed my insurance for me and I will be getting a refund from insurance.

I went to Dr. Miller for some work and implants that took several years to complete. I'm not a typical case due to an extensive jaw injury and because of this I become very anxious at appointments. However, it didn't take long to recognize how competent and trustworthy he was and this brought much comfort to me. He goes above and beyond in every situation. You won’t regret choosing Dr Miller for your oral surgery/ implant needs. The professionalism, expertise, and care you will find from his team to Dr Miller himself is second to none. They made wisdom tooth extractions for my child an excellent experience.

Removed my wisdom teeth during an unrelated surgery without any advisory. Permanently damaged my jaw and left me with severe nerve damage in my tongue and check for a year after.
