Lost my fiancés records of a diagnosis then were very rude to her when she went to get them for a new doctor. When I called to get answer someone named Hannah told me my fiancé was lying and hung up on me. No respect for patients. Disgusting.
Dr Jacks is great but his nursing staff could use some training in patient service! They are rude, they don’t care if your disabled and they’ll just walk away when they call your name not knowing if you need help to get to the room. Don’t ever be more than 6 months for your check up either because they will have a heart attack and make you get a referral. They also want you to do their job for them! They are ridiculous! Don’t go here if you can avoid it!!
Dr. Jacks has always been very thorough in helping me with my kidney stones. He has a great bedside manner and is compassionate and kind. I would definitely recommend him if you have kidney stones.
