Dr. Brooks and his staff have helped me with my CPTSD. I had been in a lot of car wrecks and had trouble driving without discomfort EMDR has helped deminish my anxiety and fear so I’m able to handle driving again. Also it helped with old trauma memories to move forward in life and leave things in the past. It works easy and helps to calm the mind so I can perform at my best level in life .
