A+ Doctor!! This office is one of the best if not total tops of all doctors offices around. Dr. Brentnall & all receptionists, especially Sandra, are always VERY professional, polite, respectful, compassionate & there to help the patients receive all the medical care needed in all ways to recover. 1st time in all my life I have ZERO anxiety when needing medical attention/help. If I could give zero stars I would, he is only there to pump patients through as many a day as he can get away with, don’t want to do anything for you, thinks he knows what your saying before you finish. The receptionist is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people EVER. I believe people only continue to go to the office is because it’s so hard to get a family doctor in NL and in all seriousness, I THINK HE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE ASSOCIATION.
