Bowden is absolutely fantastic! Having been to several chiropractors over the years, I've found Bowden to be incredibly unique in his usage of trigger point release, manual therapy, and myofascial techniques. Most chior's just have you come in and adjust you and send you on your way. He includes massage and physical therapy into every session and has been critical in my recovery.
