The staff is extremely rude. The nurse actually hung up on me because I had the nerve to request a refill on my heartburn meds four days before my annual appointment. Speaking of appointments while I did go to him I insisted on getting either the very first appointment in the morning of the very first appointment in the afternoon. Apparently, I am not the only one because they would have to schedule me months out in order to accommodate this.
