I'm an MD and am kind of particular about who's looking at my eyes. That's why Ive gone to Dr Baptiste ever since he moved to town years ago! He's sooooo good. (Disclaimer: I'm from back East and the best optometry school where he went decades ago has long held the rep for being gold standard. So automatically I was prepared for the best.) Very friendly atmosphere.
I had a very good experience. I wanted a second opinion about a concern I had with my eyes.So Im so thankful I located Dr Baptist's new office. All of the staff were very courteous, great customer service from the front office, exam room to Ms Rosa to pick out my glasses. The front office Rep was very informative of all the discounts I had through my insurance I didn't even know I had. I told my mother about Dr Baptiste, his staff and my visit.
