i had my first appointment with dr David balot and i have to say i was very impressed with him very caring and understanding of my problems thank you for your time today.
I was disappointed with my experience. The front desk should be the primary source of information for guests, especially first-time visitors. If there are forms to complete or other requirements before the appointment, that information should be communicated when the appointment is scheduled. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member was rude and appeared unhappy to be there. I also heard her say, "I don't get paid for this," while assisting guests. I was force to leave Dr.D Balot practice not because of him. It is his mother. I have never been treated so unprofessional. Its so sad that she gets away with treating people in such a rude manner. I would consider this if you are looking for a doctor.
Both Dr B Balot and Dr. D Balot have taken excellent care of my mom. Dr B Balot at East Neck always answers concerns that I have and his son Dr D Balot took such great care of my mom while in Good Samaritan Hospital for a weeks time. Thank you both!
The service from the woman in the office was horrible; she was rude and ill-mannered. Please do not go to this place; the treatment is terrible. They say she is Dr. Balot's wife, and the treatment is absolutely awful. Find another doctor.#0 star
