First time there. I interacted with 4 different people and they all were very professional and compassionate. Very nice from beginning to end.
They are busy, so be prepared to wait because it is worth it. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Once called back everything rolled smoothly through the appointment. I felt heard, and left there with a positive outlook because we have a plan in place. Dr. Ball was thorough in his evaluation and explanations.
