My experience with Dr.Leff has been to say the least terrible. To start out with , his office never gives him his messages when you call him . 2nd when you get blood work done it's like trying to get top information from him coz he never just e mails you the results like other doctors do and when you do finally get a hold of him it sounds like your bothering him in his tone of voice. He tried his hardest to gaslight me into thinking I had some kind of childhood trauma that would explain his assumption that I had IBS and nothing else. Paid $60 to be gaslit and have the rudest office people I’ve ever met talk down to me. I went to another doctor who did actually hear me out and got a positive test for SIBO. I’m going out of my way to recommend NOT going to this guy ever.
Wouldn't schedule me because of a "no call, no show" that supposedly happened over 2 years ago. Became rude, like I'm the enemy. Wouldn't even request an exception be made, or go literally any further at all with the conversation because I theoretically cost them 1 appointment of money; great values!
Very rude and dismissive. The hospital referred me to him. He told me my inflammation was an issue but to go back to the hospital. The hospital doctor apologized and sent me to another GI specialist who was very considerate and actually helped me.
I have never dealt with a more dismissing and rude office than Dr Leff’s. I have been in communication for 2 weeks now for Dr. Leff to fill out some medical forms my employer is requesting and they’ve made it so difficult to accomplish.
