Wouldn't schedule me because of a "no call, no show" that supposedly happened over 2 years ago. Became rude, like I'm the enemy. Wouldn't even request an exception be made, or go literally any further at all with the conversation because I theoretically cost them 1 appointment of money; great values!
Easily one of the worst specialists I have ever been referred to ever. The co-pay I paid just to be in and out within a 5 min window (if that), was astronomical and not worth it. Had the man not laughed in my face when explaining my symptoms like a condescending creep and actually validated the reason I was there and prioritizing my health maybe i wouldn’t have minded the co-pay. Very rude and dismissive. The hospital referred me to him. He told me my inflammation was an issue but to go back to the hospital. The hospital doctor apologized and sent me to another GI specialist who was very considerate and actually helped me.
Good overall experience. Listened to me. Nice people. Attentive Doctor.
