Dr Grossman is clearly an expert in his field and a leader in use of the most modern equipment and technology. During consult he quickly identified I had a double hernia. Surgery was easily scheduled and performed perfectly using robot assisted laparoscopic procedure. Based on what I have seen online my recovery was far faster than expected- I was walking around already the day after within a couple of weeks back to fairly normal lifestyle. Do not use this doctor, he is very arrogant. He operated on my husband, he never came to speak with us after the operation. We have no clue what happened in the operation room . We asked to speak with him, we ask three different nurses never showed up. He do not treat his staff nice. I saw him talking to the nurse he does not use manners to talk to her. We have good doctors in the lehigh valley. This is not one of them. To be educated you don't have to have a education. Stiches all distorted.
Dr. Grossman is the best at everything he does. Top notch and you don't need to search for a better Surgeon. You can rest assured that you or your loved one will be in very capable hands.
Dr, Grossman is great;. however, his staff is the worse I have experienced. I had an appointment today at 9:40. I got there at 9:20, there was only one person before me, I waited for 20', while they had taken 4 patients. I asked the receptionist how much longer and she asked me my name and if I had signed in. I said yes at 9:20; then she said I don't even know where your chart is. Another person gets called I got up asked again and she said Irene we are taking you now--my name is not Irene
What an excellent doctor took great care of me! Explained everything fully. Followed up with me daily following my surgery and then again after my discharge ensuring I had an excellent result.
