I've seen Dr Bowne a few times, the office tried to get through patients without a long delay and he is always very professional. He gets in, does his exam, suggests the treatment process, and tells me the next step. It's simple and the do things with minimal contact. They have tablets to check you in instead of writing on paper (which I appreciate because I'm an environmentalist) which can be time consuming. I can't really say anything bad.

I saw Dr Bowne as a new patient a month ago and didn’t like his chair side manner and was too busy to answer my questions. It felt like a factory production line care. Lots of people waiting. No waited 1 hour after I checked in. Today was my follow up with him for the same condition. I was told that I needed to have a hearing text and then see his PA and not him. I explained I didn’t plan accordingly to have a test since I didn’t know I had another appointment after this appointment and had to get back to work. The reception... read more
