I’ve been seeing Dr. Drimmer for several years and have found him to be capable and caring. He also never keeps me waiting, and allows plenty of time to address all my concerns, so we’re never rushed. If you have a problem within his area of expertise, Dr. Drimmer will handle it quickly and competently.
First of all, he didn't look at or touch my skin. He didn't even shine a light on it. He sat across the room. Reading the other reviews, apparently this is his normal behavior. He didn't seem very interested in helping me and kind of annoyed that I even asked for help. Then he got a bit rude when I asked some questions. Dr. Drimmer strikes the balance between personable and professional. Very thankful to have him as my dermatologist.
Referred by a Valley rheumatologist for second opinion/injectable medication opinion as there are many forms of psoriasis ,on severe psoriasis on hands and body, waited 2 months to get in and he said “I don’t know why you are here?” Was dismissive didn’t even look at my rashes until I asked him if he needed to? It was odd. I asked to be transferred to any other dermatologist at Valley months later because I felt like no one cared about my infected skin.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I drove 2 hours from Parkland/Tacoma to Newcastle. My appointment was for 9:30am. I called and let them know I was on my way but was dealing with traffic. I arrived in the parking lot at 9:35am. I am currently dealing with a back injury that I am awaiting surgery for. The office is on the 2nd floor and I had to take the elevator up. When I walked in the office it was 9:39am. The receptionist told me I had to reschedule....WHAT....
