Dr. Armstrong has helped me achieve things that I never thought would be possible. You can tell he genuinely cares about each of his patients. I highly recommend his services for anyone that is on the fence.

The best Dr for low vision, we came from Miami to an appoinment for my son and the Dr Armstrong take all the time with us to explain everything and his so kind person and try to help with his knowledge to the different options to do a better life the person's with low vision.
