Absolutely best dentist office. The front staff took the time to find a date and time that would allow for myself and my two girl to have teeth cleaning done at the same time. There were earlier times available and the front desk was keeping me updated with any cancellations to make sure it was convenient for muself and two girls. I came in for a routine cleaning and specifically requested hand scaling. Unfortunately, my request wasn’t respected. The staff insisted on using their usual method instead of accommodating what I was comfortable with. I understand clinics have standard procedures, but patients should still have a say in how their treatment is done, especially for something as simple as a cleaning. As a new patient, I was a apprehensive at first. My former dentist for the past 20 years retired. This was a chance to find a dentist that was geographically closer. The front reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. The dental hygienist I had, Amanda, was very skilled. I didn't feel rushed, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing. The dentist, Dr David Aiello (spelling?) was very personable and to the point, which was really appreciated. All in all, a great experience.
First time getting a crown and the Doctor put me at ease right away. Was very impressed by the support they provided and explaining the entire procedure. They even extended my appointment longer to get it done perfectly !!!
