Never-ever-ever-ever-see this so-called doctor. I brought my son to Santrock to consult with him about removing a fungus toenail from my 16 year old son’s big toe. Santrock cut my son’s big toe completely off. He wrapped it up; didn’t tell us what he had done and had his assistant work with us for the rest of the time. We never seen him again. My husband went to see him concerning plantar fasciitis and tendinitis in both of his feet. Dr Santrock behaved as though it was a bother to see him. He didn’t take any time with us and we felt rushed out of there. Gave us some instructions and a prescription for him to get a brace. Later had a follow-up appointment and he acted like he had better things to do. Too busy entertaining the students he was training. He was short & rude. I can assure Larry Harrell he had a different doctor, and unfortunately gave a really awful doctor a higher review than he should have. The other reviews stated clearly the kind of person this doctor is, except for the 5-star review by the person who was happy with him because he told them he couldn't do the surgery. I didn't see any reviews by anybody who actually had any successful work done by him. He's a pretty hateful fellow, based on my experience with him a couple of years ago.
