The doctor took great care of us and made the whole experience feel very personal and comfortable. They were clear about what needed to be done, explained the next steps well, and made sure we understood everything. Really appreciated the care, attention, and guidance throughout.

The staff were very pleasant , waiting area was very clean. Dr. Richards was amazing. He stopped in my room to apologize to me for keeping me waiting. I have never had a dr do that before. They normally dont care how long they have you waiting. He was very professional, very patient friendly. He explained in detail what he was going to do to treat my issue. Just an amazing doctor. I would recommend him in heart beat. You just dont find physicians like him that often. He is definitely worth seeing.
