My daughter has a broken arm and needs a cast. She had already been seen in the ER and she was referred to Dr. Lalli by the ER to get the cast. When I called to make the appointment, the front desk was to lazy to look up her Medicaid like every other doctors office in Okaloosa County and REFUSED to schedule an appointment unless I had her Medicaid card #.
