Booked an appt for my husband here. Horrible experience. Initially when I was handed the appt card it said 3:45 but then I got a call saying my appt is for 3:15. They had an availability for 4:00 so I took it. We went in early, around 3:30 since we were already on our way for our original appt, it was almost 5:00pm and we still were not seen. This is the 4th cardiologist I've seen and so far experiences aren't great. I did a bunch of tests two or three weeks ago and no call. They don't call you for the results, if I didn't call they wouldn't have told me my results are normal; its just a courtesy. Yeah, sure everything okay, so that means they don't have to go see you again, which means they wont have other reason to bill the insurance. The other thing is, the person who told me the results is not even the doctor or NP, I think it was the secretary. Also, I was s... read more
